Wide village established in 1658. A branch store of the world-known concern Thonet, producer of bent-wood furniture, was opened there in 1868. Nowadays a bell work-room shall be found there. The Baroque church of Povyseni Sv. Krize from 1788 is a significant architectural monument. You may also visit an exhibit of typical folklore buildings in contiguous valleys.
